If you don't want anonymous comments, there's a setting in Blogger you can change, and it won't allow them.
On the other hand, that doesn't necessarily improve things. I allow anonymous comments, and I had a commenter who volunteered the name "Mike" - but left a nasty anti-Semitic comment on a post I did about Anne Frank.
