"Soft, cool palette"

Why is it, that EVERY spring's "soft, cool palette" is always NAVY BLUE?   Bleargh. I fucking hate "spring collections". Same boring shit every single time.   Worse, if it's NOT Navy, then it's those annoying neon colors and who the fuck wears that?!
